This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of coffee products on&#13;
customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by questionnaire method. Data&#13;
were obtained from 50 (fifty) respondents obtained through non probability&#13;
sampling technique. The object of this research is Coffee Monolog, Plaza Senayan&#13;
Jakarta.&#13;
The method of analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis.&#13;
The results of this study indicate that product quality variables have no effect on&#13;
customer satisfaction.&#13;

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, service to&#13;
buying decision. This research was conducted by questionnaire method. Data&#13;
were obtained from 100 (one hundred) respondents obtained through non&#13;
probability sampling technique. The object of this research is Pisa Restaurant&#13;
Kafe Menteng Jakarta. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple&#13;
regression analysis.&#13;
The results of this study indicate that the variables that have a&#13;
significant influence on the decision to stay is the quality of products, services,&#13;
and location. While prices negatively affect the buying decision.&#13;

This study aims to examine the influence of location, price and hotel&#13;
facilities on the decision to stay. This research was conducted by questionnaire&#13;
method. Data were obtained from 75 (seventy five) respondents obtained&#13;
through accidental sampling technique. The object of this research is&#13;
ParagonBiz Hotel located at Binong Raya Road No. No. 9 Karawaci,&#13;
Tangerang. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression&#13;
analysis.&#13;
The results of this study indicate that the variable that has a significant&#13;
influence on the decision to stay is the location. Price perception and hotel&#13;
facilities have no effect on customer's decision. The results of this study indicate&#13;
that the better the location, it will increasingly increase the value of guest&#13;
decisions to stay.&#13;

This study aims to examine the effect of accounting conservatism and&#13;
firm size on earnings quality. This research is done by library study and&#13;
documentation method. Data were taken from Indonesia Capital Market&#13;
Directory (ICMD) and Financial Statement of manufacturing company in&#13;
Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses sample manufacturing&#13;
company during the year 2009-2013 by using purposive sampling method.&#13;
There are 13 companies during 2009-2013 that meet the sample criteria. The&#13;
method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis.&#13;
The results of this study indicate that all the variables tested in this study&#13;
have a significant influence on earnings quality. The variables of accounting&#13;
conservatism show negative results, which means that the more conservative the&#13;
company will decrease its profitability due to fluctuations in profit that tend to&#13;
be inconsistent so that the accrual component in it will make the operating cash&#13;
flow in the future becomes uncertain. Variable firm size (size) shows negative&#13;
results, this proves companies with high assets tend to have better quality&#13;
earnings, so that large companies do not need to practice earnings&#13;
manipulation.&#13;
