In making the decision to do something, people need a definite and accurate information. It is also felt by machinist whom in his duties rely on experience, visual, and verbal communication to find out information about train journey. On the other side, technology provide smartphone which has features to distribute online information individually. Smartphone technology provides internet connection, GPS, programmable and developeable, and have good user interface.Based on the situation and the technology above, this research to devehpe prototype which has feature monitor the train position and location. In addition, it could support machinist to present journey time information to get to next station.

To know the state of the door house, users can only do that by looking directly into his house. Users want more a function that more practical to know the state when the door open or closed. Then to accomodate these needs, doing an an analysis for develop the functionality of this tool. One of the development is the owner's house can he knowing the information about state of door house, this information will be sent by certain media. So the owner can know the condition of the door in the real time. This tool uses a A TMega 8535 microcontroller, modem wavecom as a medium long distance communication network, switch magnetic and buzzer as additional input to run automatically. Based on testing, the home security tool can detected when the door open and closed, the state door information sent by short message service to the owner house mobile phone number.

Usually, user only control lighting at home with turn on or turn off switch on the wall, user want more variation for controlling light at home by remote or can automatic turn on / off depend human motion or with light condition. For realize that, we analyze what we need to build this system. This system can control light by remote and automatically, we need A TMega32 as Microcontroller, TCP/IP Starter Kit as Ethernet module who can make this system can work with remote control, and Light and movement Sensor for automatic mode. Then we also build and install a program, with that we can control system from web Browser. This system can control light with remote or Automatic mode. Depend on testing, this system can do what user want, the light can control by remote or automatic.

Smartphone is a device that was born from the convergence trend of the information technology development that exist today. Of the many existing mobile operating systems, Android is one of mobile operating systems which growing very rapidly. Many applications are developed to add the functionality of the Android operating system. Thought of the growing convergence trend create the idea to make a remote control application on android smartphones with similar concepts such as wireless presenter devices commonly used to help doing a presentation. This journal contains the design and manufacture of presentation remote control application for Android-based using a bluetooth connection. Bluetooth connection is used to send presentation commands from client application on the Android smartphone to the server application on the PC. The results of this journal is a presentation remote control application that can run on the Android operating system by using a bluetooth connection. This application is expected to be implemented by the Android smartphone users as a substitute of wireless presenter device as well as enrich the junctionality of the Android smartphone owned.
